Capon's Cheeseburger Hero Deluxe
Ingredients
1 loaf seeded Italian bread
1 lb ground beef
1 white onion diced
1 head iceberg lettuce
1-2 beefsteak tomatoes
3-4 pickles
1 cup secret sauce
6-8 slices American cheese
S&P
EVOO
Instructions
1. Slice italian bread in half. Scoop out some of the bottom to create a cavity. Fill it with ground beef mixed with diced onions, put a bit of EVOO on top. Season with S&P
2. Cook on griddle until nice & golden brown. Flip it, top with American cheese. Build with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, secret sauce
Slice it up and ENJOY!
