2 pounds jumbo chicken wings
1 cup franks red hot
⅓ cup sriracha
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup blue cheese dressing for dipping
Celery and carrot sticks for garnish
1. Toss chicken wings with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons of EVOO in a mixing bowl
2. Place on a baking sheet
3. Place under the broiler for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown
4. Flip and cook for another 10 minutes
5. Combine franks red hot, sriracha, and butter in a mixing bowl
6. Remove and bathe wings in buffalo sauce
7. Serve with blue cheese dressing and assorted vegetable crudite
