Homemade Caesar dressing
2 ciabatta rolls
2 chicken breasts, butterflied & pan seared or grilled
1 heart romaine leaves
Homemade garlic croutons
1 beefsteak tomato
Garlic parmesan chili oil
1/4 cup EVOO
6 garlic cloves minced
1 finger chili minced
2 TBSP chopped parsley
1/4 cup parmesan
Salt & pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 400
2. Butterfly chicken breasts, season with salt & pepper
3. Saute chicken in a hot pan, 3-4 minutes each side
4. While the chicken is cooking, spread garlic chili oil on ciabatta. Place in oven until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes
5. Toss romaine with dressing and homemade croutons
6. Assemble the sandwich. Put caesar dressing on both sides of the bread, add chicken breast, tomato, romaine, shaved parmesan
