1 Tbone 32-36 oz
2 TBSP Avocado or Olive Oil
2-4 TBSP Butter
2 Sprigs Rosemary
2 Sprigs Thyme
4 Cloves garlic

1. Heat a cast iron or sauté pan on high
2. Aggressively salt & pepper the steak on ALL sides
3. Add oil until lightly smoking
4. Add Steak, sear on one side for approximately 4-6 minutes, flip over cook for 3-4 minutes
5. Add rosemary, thyme and garlic to the pan
6. Place rosemary, thyme & garlic on top of the steak
7. Turn heat to low
8. Add the butter. Once melted, tilt pan towards you and Spoon the butter over the herbs on top of the steak
9. Remove steak after about 2-3 minutes or until desired temperature
10. Let rest for about 5-10 minutes on cutting board
11. Slice and serve with balsamic glazed cipollini onions & roasted garlic whipped potatoes
