CHICKEN LOLLIPOPS

Ingredients

2 lbs chicken wings
Salt & pepper
Flour
Canola oil for frying Carrots, celery cucumber for garnish
Your favorite assorted sauces for tossing (I used buffalo sauce, but other options: BBQ, kung pao, sweet Thai chili, chipotle honey) Blue cheese & ranch for dipping

Instructions

1. Butcher the chicken wings into “lollipops” (watch video to learn how!)
2. Season lollipops with salt & pepper and toss with flour. Shake off excess flour
3. Deep fry until golden brown - oil should be 350-375
4. Toss it with your favorite sauce Serve and enjoy!
