1 cup red wine vinegar
¼ cup water
3 cloves garlic
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
½ cup Mike’s Hot Honey
2 cups avocado oil
2 TSP black pepper
2 TSP salt
2 TSP dried Mexican oregano
1 TSP cumin
1 lime juiced
1 cup fresh cilantro
Add all ingredients together in blender then slowly stream in oil.
