Lemon butter sauce

Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup butter
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup diced tomato
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup white wine
Salt and pepper
Pinch of chili pepper flake (optional)

Instructions

1. in a small sauté pan heat half the butter with the white wine and lemon juice
2. Bring to a boil
3. Add tomatoes and chili flakes
4. Add the rest of the butter
5. Finish with chopped parsley
6. Reduce until nice and thick
