* Fresh pizza dough
* Your favorite tomato sauce
* Shredded mozzarella
* Fresh mozzarella
* Fresh basil
* Parmesan cheese
* Pepperoni
* Olive oil
* Chili pepper flakes
1. Bring your pizza dough to room temperature
2. Lightly flower your work surface
3. Stretch your pizza dough to approximately 13” in diameter
4. Place onto a lightly oiled pizza screen
5. Brush edges with olive oil
6. Top with marinara sauce (not too much)
7. Top with cheese and toppings
8. Place in a 500 degree convection oven for approximately 10 minutes until golden brown
9. Remove and top with fresh parmesan cheese
10. Slice and enjoy!
