2 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
EVOO
Butter
Fresh rosemary
Fresh thyme
Garlic
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2. Get your saute pan hot, add EVOO, add chicken breasts skin side down
3. Once skin is starting to get nice and golden brown (a few minutes), throw them in the oven for approximately 10 minutes
4. Remove from the oven, place back on the burner. Add fresh rosemary & thyme, garlic, butter
5. Finish cooking chicken breasts by basting them with the butter right over the top
6. Remove from the pan, let them rest for a few minutes. Slice on a bias
