1 bunch of spinach
5 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons EVOO
Fresh lemon juice
1. In a large sauté pan heat 4 tablespoon EVOO with 5 cloves shaved garlic
2. When the garlic is golden brown add spinach
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. When the spinach is completely wilted remove and squeeze lemon on top
5. Serve and enjoy.
