Spring Pea Pesto Pasta


1/2 lb pasta
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 cup spring pea pesto
1 cup peas
1 cup sliced baby peppers
1 pinch chili pepper flakes
1 lemon juiced


1. Saute shrimp. Add peppers, followed by peas, then the cooked pasta
2. Add pasta water, add pesto. Season with S&P, finish with parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and top with toasted breadcrumbs
